Article 1 - General :
Patterns For You - Info 34 offers to order printed sewing patterns via its e-commerce site “Patternsforyou.fr” as well as to print sewing patterns.
The customer acknowledges having read these terms and conditions of sale before placing the order. All orders placed on the www.patternsforyou.fr website imply total and unreserved acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale.

Article 2 - Prices :
Goods are always invoiced on the basis of the price list in force on the day the order is received. www.patternsforyou.fr reserves the right to modify its prices in strict compliance with price regulations. Our prices are net excluding VAT and all other taxes, goods packed ex-workshop.
Article 3 - Order :
Orders may be placed via the www.patternsforyou.fr website. Orders will be validated on receipt of full payment including VAT. The customer undertakes to comply with the ordering procedures set out on the www.patternsforyou.fr website.
Article 4 - Terms of payment :
In the absence of contractual stipulations, work carried out by the company is subject to full payment, including VAT, at the time the order is placed. The following methods of payment are accepted: credit card. Any delay in payment will suspend the Customer's order. The Customer acknowledges that the work will not be printed until full payment (including VAT) has been received.
On-line payment via our secure payment system managed by the CIC bank.
Article 5 - Default of payment :
In the event of late or non-payment of a due date, all sums owed by the customer to Patterns For You-Info34 for any reason whatsoever become immediately due and payable, without formal notice or any other formality. Any sum not paid by the agreed due date will automatically incur a late payment penalty of at least one and a half times the legal interest rate, without prejudice to any other damages and costs. If, during a previous order, the purchaser has failed to meet one of his obligations (default or delay in payment, for example), he may be refused sale, unless the said purchaser provides satisfactory guarantees, or cash or advance payment is granted. In addition, we reserve the right to automatically terminate contracts in progress without formal notice, and to demand cash payment prior to any shipment of goods in the cases referred to above, and in the event of assignment of payment, filing for bankruptcy, judicial settlement, provisional suspension of proceedings, or amicable or judicial liquidation.
Article 6 - Delivery:
Our delivery times are given as an indication only and shall in no case oblige us to pay compensation.
Non-compliance with delivery times shall not result in refusal of delivery or payment of the invoice.
Article 7 - Transport :
Deliveries of goods are made at the purchaser's risk, regardless of the mode of transport and/or the method of payment of the transport price. The customer is obliged to check the condition of the products on delivery. In the event of damage, he/she must mention his/her reservations precisely on the delivery note, and repeat them to Patterns For You by registered letter within two days of delivery in accordance with the provisions of article 105 of the French Commercial Code. He must also inform Patterns For You-Info34 by registered letter of any damage due to transport, within eight days of delivery. No claim will be accepted in the event of failure to comply with these formalities. The fact of organizing, in the name and on behalf of the purchaser, the transport of the goods sold with a carrier of our choice does not modify the present provisions.
Article 8 - Defective deliveries :
In the event that the manufacturer is held liable for defective deliveries, the defectiveness of part of the delivery may not be used as grounds for total rejection. Defective deliveries will also be settled in accordance with the following special provisions: Patterns For You-Info34 cannot be held responsible for loss of time or direct or indirect damage caused by defects. In the event of recognized defects making it impossible or difficult to run on the customer's equipment, the printer is only responsible for replacing the defective printed matter, unless he prefers to forego a new run.
Article 9 - Jurisdiction :
These general terms and conditions of sale and the resulting contractual relations are governed by French law. All disputes of any nature whatsoever relating to the present terms and conditions shall be referred to the Montpellier Commercial Court, whose jurisdiction is recognized as exclusive, even in the event of multiple defendants or third-party claims, and despite any stipulation that may appear on the purchaser's commercial documents.
Additional conditions applicable to printing using new digital technologies.
Proofs: In the case of remote electronic order entry at the customer's premises, the validation of the on-screen preview by the customer, user or supervisor of the press proof, engages his entire responsibility. Sending files for import is equivalent to a press proof. The printer is not responsible for any errors or mistakes that may have escaped the user or his supervisor. In view of the printing visualization processes and media used, a difference in the shade of the paper or print cannot constitute grounds for refusal.
Intellectual property: Placing an order for the reproduction of an item protected by the French Intellectual Property Code implies that the customer assumes the right to reproduce the item. We take no responsibility for the reproduction rights of originals entrusted to us. Customers are responsible for acquiring the rights from the authors in question, prior to handing over the originals entrusted to us. Consequently, they guarantee us against any action that may be brought against us in this respect, and of any nature whatsoever. All elements and documents drawn up by our services for the execution of an order are our exclusive property and any reproduction is forbidden. Under no circumstances may the customer claim ownership unless expressly requested and accepted by us at the time the order is drawn up.
Article 10 - Access to customer data:
As provided by the law of January 6, 1978, the Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete his data.
