Access to the Client’s IT/Data

Pattern For You–Info 34 collects the data necessary to properly deliver the requested service: creation of a personal account, collection of any files you may send, creation of your online mock-up, creation of an online proof (BAT), and shipment of printed products.

Your ongoing projects are stored for 60 days.

You have access to your order history through your personal account page.

Staff members of Pattern For You–Info 34, the software publisher, the customer relationship (CRM) software publisher, and the hosting provider have access to this data.

Under no circumstances are the data entrusted to third parties or sold.

Banking data are not handled by Pattern For You–Info 34; credit card payments are handled exclusively by Banque CIC.

The client has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data. The Client may notify Pattern For You–Info 34’s service department by sending a simple letter to the company’s commercial offices at the following address:
